ROOT'84 began as an idea in the forward-looking 20th century, for a rootbeer that isn't carbonated, but nitrogenated, for a creamy texture. Ideally, it would be created from traditional root beer extracts. It should have a boost of caffeine, and be made with real cane sugar - not high fructose corn syrup nor synthetics, and no preservatives. Just those three simple ingredients and water. The dream was to re-capture the essense of American Root Beer and bring it into the future.

In the 21st century, the same visionary captured the spirit and fun of legendary early video arcades like Cinderella City, Time Out Tunnel, Simulation Station, Buck Rogers, Wizards, Aladdin's Castle, and others. Their textures and colors, furnishings and motif, and essense, are faithfully re-created. And it was the perfect place to launch ROOT'84 Nitro Rootbeer.

Arcade 2084 is where over 40 quintessentially 80s video games are coined up and experienced within a truly 80s arcade environment, enjoyed along with not only pinball, pool, and good music, but unbelievably delicious pizza and award-winning, world-class cocktails.
